From 2016 to 2017 I organised and hosted the “HPS in 20 objects” lecture series for the Museum of History of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Leeds in collaboration with the Centre for History and Philosophy of Science.
The programme used objects from the museums collections to explore all aspects of the history and philosophy of science. Our guests could explore anything from ancient Cypriot statues to cases of butterflies, microscopes to tuning forks. Each lecture was hosted by staff and postgraduate students from the Centre.

I myself spoke on the history of monsters and the history of the Leeds medical school.
The whole programme can still be viewed on the Museum of HSTM’s youtube channel.
We also developed a resource for ALevel students looking to explore HPS. This can be found here.
